CONFERENCE OVERVIEW

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of Academician Yusuf Mammadaliyev (1905–1961), the International Conference “Academician Yusuf Mammadaliyev: Science, Heritage, and Innovations” will be held on December 3–4, 2025, at the Baku Congress Center.

Organized by the Ministry of Science and Education, the International Turkic Academy, the National Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan for UNESCO, the Academician Yusuf Mammadaliyev Foundation, and the State Agency for Science and Higher Education, the conference will bring together scientists and experts to discuss advances in petrochemistry, catalysis, ecology, and nanotechnology applications in the oil and chemical industries. 

The event will include scientific discussions on topics such as production and processing technologies in petroleum refining and petrochemical synthesis, catalysis in refining and petrochemical processes, ecological challenges associated with these processes, as well as the application of nanotechnologies and nanomaterials in oil extraction and refining industries. The submission of research papers and poster presentations on these topics is now open.
